There are a few options to start a teamwear order. You can select a predesigned template or start a custom design here. An online form will be sent to our team who will start to design a kit for you. Or you can always just Facebook message us here or email us here and tell us what kind of design you're looking for. If you're happy with the free mockup we give you we will provide the total cost amount and can start the process of getting further information of what you need such as player numbers and names. There is no obligation to continue the order if the manufacturing process has not proceeded.

How do I make a teamwear order?
How many logos and sponsor images can I add?
You can add an unlimited number of logos whether its sponsor, team or any other images you'd like on your teamwear without extra costs. The higher the image quality and format, the better the logo will print. We will notify you if your image provided needs to be a higher resolution or quality.
How much are adding player names or numbers?
Player names and numbers can be added at no extra costs. In addition we're happy to place or repeat them in any locations on the jersey or shorts. When you are happy to proceed with your order we will provide a form for you to complete for the names and numbers to print.
Will the seperate goalkeeper design cost extra?
A goalkeeper kit with completely different colour (and possibly design) will be added at the same cost as the standard kits.
I have a very specific design in mind. Can you create a design from my own mockup?
We can recreate a mockup based on designs and colour requests you provide. We can work from photos, 2D mockups or live examples of jerseys you are inspired from. Whatever your requests are, we will find a way to make it work for you.
I'd like to make some changes to the Template design, will I be charged extra?
We allow up to 2 free iterations. Any additional changes may incur fees. Otherwise if we feel your changes are a Full Customs level we will always discuss it before adding charges
Do you design logos?
How much do long sleeves cost?
Long sleeves are an extra $5 per jersey. You can mix long sleeve orders within the regular short sleeve orders.

View our size chart here. Our teamwear ranges from Men's and Women's cuts from XS to 2XL and Kid's cuts. No different charges between short sleeve and sleeveless, Men's and Women's and the different sizes. Requests for sizes outside of these can be discussed.
What socks do you offer?
We offer athlete-level high grip socks in a large range of colours for socks to match your kit at $10 as part of the kit order.
Do you have any samples? I'd like to see some designs, feel the material or check sizes for a good fit.

There are no additional costs to add logos, player names or numbers for template or full custom orders.
All our orders come with free shipping within Australia. International shipping fees applies.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay with most common forms of online payment including PayPal and Google pay. We also accept credit card payments with VISA, MasterCard and American Express. If you'd like to pay with cash or other forms contact us and we'll find a solution.
What currency is your prices in?
All our prices are in Australian dollar ($AUD).
Do you offer discounts on bulk items?
Can I pay in instalments?
We require a deposit before we begin the manufacturing process. The remaining costs can be in instalments so let us know what works best for you.
How much is your delivery for off court products?
Standard delivery in Australia costs $9 and the delivery time may take up to 5 working days (10-15 working days for custom designs). We prefer deliver via tracked Australia Post, and we apologise for any delays for our postage due to COVID 19. After warehouse dispatch your shipping confirmation email will contain tracking information. Delivery time starts from the moment an order has been received and processed.We aim to ensure speedy delivery of your orders, but unforeseen circumstances may delay arrival. If dispatch times are extended you will be notified as soon as possible. We aim to keep delays as minimal as possible.
AKU Teamwear is not responsible for incorrect details your provide, including postal address. Please contact as immediately you believe the address you have provided is incorrect. By placing the order you, the buyer, consent to payment being charged to your credit card or PayPal as per your order.
What is the expected delivery time for teamwear?
For Australia wide orders production and delivery takes approximately 4 weeks however please allow 1 week buffer due to potential shipping delays. Under special circumstances we can deliver earlier depending on the design and quantity. We will keep you informed on any updates to your delivery.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently kit teams in all states and territories across Australia. We can also deliver globally, shipping to teams in UK, Croatia, Brazil, UAE and across Asia for example. Charges will be dependant on the weight and size of the order as well as destination.
How much does it cost to deliver teamwear?
Delivery for teamwear is free across Australia, regardless of how big or small the quantity is. Costs of international shipping will be discussed
What is your refund policy for off court products?
Requests for a refund, return or exchange will be fulfilled for up to 7 days from time of receiving order. After the 7 day period, requests may be rejected and sent back to the original delivery address. Please contact us for any further information. A request form must be completed with the returned items, please email email@example.com for a copy. If your product is defective, email firstname.lastname@example.org including photos to demonstrate the fault. If deemed defective we may ask you to return the item for quality control purposes, which you will be reimbursed for. The following items will not be offered refunds or exchanges in any form: customised products, washed items, damaged or dirty items, or used items.
What is your refund policy for teamwear?
Issues with Teamwear purchases (Templates or Customs) will be discussed to ensure you're given the best customer experience. We will strive to compensate for errors on our behalf such as printing errors, size errors and untimely deliveries beyond what was communicated. AKU has stringent quality control processes that we improve on a continual basis to ensure efficient and accurate delivery. Let us know ASAP if there's anything at all you're not happy with your teamwear at email@example.com.
What is your recommended washing instructions for my teamwear or off court purchase?
Turn garment inside out, in a cold or warm wash. Use mild detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softener. Dry hang in shade. Do not iron directly on off court prints. Iron with steam or use steamer if possible. Do not dry clean. Tumble dry on low heat.
Can we order an extra kit for an old purchase?
Absolutely! Let us know the kit and any details and we'll get it to you.
