AKU Referral Program – Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 5th of Aug 2025

AKU’s Referral Program is designed to reward our loyal customers for spreading the word.
Please read the terms below carefully to understand how the program works and the conditions under which rewards are issued.

1. Program Overview

• Referrers will receive 10% of the total revenue (excluding GST and shipping) from any qualifying referred order.
• The reward is capped at AUD $1,000 per referred order.
• Rewards are issued in the form of store credit or cash (bank transfer) at AKU’s discretion.

• Open to existing AKU customers or club representatives with an active order history.
• Referrals must be new customers (i.e., clubs or teams who have never ordered with AKU before).
• Program is limited to Australia-based referrals unless otherwise approved in writing.

• A referral is considered “qualified” when:
• The referred club/team places and fully pays for an order with a minimum value of $500.
• The referral is submitted before the new customer makes contact or orders.
• The referred customer mentions the referrer’s name at first point of contact or during quote submission.

• Rewards are calculated based on the final paid invoice total (excluding discounts, GST, shipping).
• Rewards are processed within 30 days of full payment of the referred order.
• Maximum payout per referral is AUD $1,000.
• Referrers must provide valid bank details or an email for store credit issuance.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
• Only one referrer can be associated with a new customer.
• In the case of duplicate referrals, AKU reserves the right to determine eligibility based on who submitted first.

• AKU reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be:
• Referring themselves or creating fake accounts.
• Misrepresenting AKU’s products or offers.
• Engaging in unethical or spammy referral activity.
• Rewards will be forfeited if abuse is suspected.

• AKU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Existing qualified referrals at the time of changes will still be honored per original terms.

• By participating, you agree that AKU may reference your name, club, and referral success in marketing materials unless you request otherwise.

• Referrers are responsible for any taxes that may arise from receiving referral rewards.

• By submitting a referral, you agree to the above terms and confirm that you have the authority to refer on behalf of your club or team (if applicable).
