Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter is: AKU Teamwear & @Thedodgeballkitcollector. Entry is open to anyone who has an account on Facebook or Instagram, enabling them to submit an entry in accordance with details below. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. A maximum of 1 entry will be accepted per person. Closing date for entries will be Friday 21st May 2021 - 10PM AEST/12pm GMT. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
4. The rules of the competition and how to enter are stated on [https://www.akuonline.com/pages/makemykitaku].
5. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
6. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
7. The prizes are as follows:
- 1st Place Winner: 8 jerseys/tops created and delivered for FREE based on the winning design (includes individual name & number) and 1x $50AUD off-court voucher
- 2 x Runner Ups: 1x $50AUD off-court voucher, 50% off RRP AKU Teamwear order for up to 8 jerseys only
- 1 x Random Voter: 1x $50AUD off-court voucher
- 1x Random designer: 50% off RRP AKU Teamwear order for up to 8 jerseys only
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 8. Winner selection process:
- @Thedodgeballkitcollector will initially judge the competition and select his top 3 favourite designs decide on the winner, which will be picked based on the best entries that are submitted.
- The entrant must be following @AKUAustralia on Facebook & Instagram and @Thedodgeballkitcollector in Instagram in order to be eligible to enter
9. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook/Instagram within 2 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
10. AKU Teamwear will notify the winner when and where the prize is delivered.
11. Postage for Australian first prize winner teamwear will be paid for by AKU Teamwear, for international winners a predisclosed fee will apply. Please be aware that delivery times for international and national winners are currently delayed from postal service disruptions due to COVID-19 Pandemic.
12. AKU Teamwer's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to AKU Teamwear & @Thedodgeballkitcollector and not to any other party. 16. AKU Teamwear & @Thedodgeballkitcollector's decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
17. All submitted designs to the competition may be used for AKU Teamewear and/or Kitkult promotional or sales use, unless otherwise notified.
18. AKU Teamwear shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. AKU Teamwear also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
