Requests for a refund, return or exchange will be fulfilled for up to 7 days from order of receiving order. After the 7 day period requests may be rejected and sent back to the original delivery address. Please contact us for any further information. A request form must be completed with the returned items, please email email@example.com for a copy.
If your product is defective, email firstname.lastname@example.org including photos to demonstrate the fault. If deemed defective we may ask you to return the item for quality control purposes, which you will be reimbursed for.
The following items will not be offered refunds or exchanges in any form: customised products, washed items, damaged or dirty items, or used items.
Standard delivery in Australia costs $10 and the delivery time may take up to 5 working days (10-15 working days for custom designs). Deliveries sent on a standard Australia Post tracked service. After warehouse dispatch your shipping confirmation email will contain tracking information. Delivery time starts from the moment an order has been received and processed.
We aim to ensure speedy delivery of your orders, but unforeseen circumstances may delay arrival. If dispatch times are extended you will be notified as soon as possible. We aim to keep delays as minimal as possible.
AKU Activewear is not responsible for incorrect details your provide, including postal address. Please contact as immediately you believe the address you have provided is incorrect. By placing the order you, the buyer, consent to payment being charged to your credit card or PayPal as per your order.
Turn garment inside out, in a cold or warm wash. Use mild detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softener. Dry hang in shade. Do not iron directly on the print. Iron with steam or use steamer if possible. Do not dry clean. Tumble dry on low heat.
